I became a cricket coach in 2018 and started my ECB courses the following year. I am a coach who looks at the fine details and make small changes for big impact. 

I have managed a team since 2018 and developed each and every player. I have seen my players reach county pathways and most recently I have had 2 girls I've coached since 2018 play a full season in their county age groups 1st team more than 10 games each. One player went on to win county bowler of the year in her age group.

In addition to the above I have an ICC Foundation Certificate, Certificate in Sports Coaching, Diploma in Physical Education Coaching Styles and Techniques, Diploma in Physical Fitness, Fitness Training Principles and Methods Certificate, Safeguarding Children, Allstars and Dynamos Facilitator training. I am currently completing an ICC Level 1 Coaching Course with the aim to go through all levels within 5 years so I can coach abroad.
